Commercial Print Customers:

  • For unscheduled jobs, 72 hours
  • For regularly scheduled jobs we are are able to do on demand turn around.

Retail Print Customers:

  • Turn around time is dependent upon the product ordered, and response time to proof approval. In ideal conditions, your product will take 7-14 days to produce.
  • 30# Newsprint
  • 40# Newsprint
  • 50# Newsprint
  • High Bright

Yes, and we recycle our waste.

  • For our cold set press, visit our client tools page best design practices.
  • For print products, a PDF is required.
  • Do not use screenshots, they are not a high enough quality and will print pixelated. Minimum 300 DPI needed.
  • PDF’s or PNG’s are better than JPEG’s for digital print products.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect caused during manufacturing your customized product. Otherwise, once your items proof has been approved, the product is unable to be returned. Our products are thoroughly checked before leaving the facility to ensure premium quality. If there has been an issue that renders the product defective, you must email within 3 days of receiving the product with images and a description of the issue. 

Yes, the Santa Fe New Mexican is our sister company. Together we have been serving the southwest since 1849. On your bank statement you will see a charge as listed: “SFNEWMEX* S #Order Number”

  1. Place order on on our site. This includes providing delivery address, billing address, product quantity, payment information and file with contents to be printed.
  2. Our sales team will email you a design proof within 3 – 5 business days* to approve. The product will not be printed without written approval of the proof. 
  3. Once the proof is approved, your product will be printed and shipped within 7 business days of approval
    1. Some products take longer to produce and those products note specifically in the product details. 
  4. You will receive a message when your product has shipped. 

*If we are are graphically designing the file for your product, it will likely increase the amount of time before your receive your proof. The amount time is dependent upon the complexity of the product.  

Yes, quantity discounts are available on most products. The larger the quantity ordered, the smaller the price per item. 

We also offer promotional discounts on different products throughout the year. The best way to be aware of these promotional discounts is to sign up for our promotional mailing list.

A proof is a digital recreation of the final product. Physical samples are available upon request for a small fee. This will delay the ship time of your final product.
